Terms of Service

These terms set out the rules for buying, licensing, downloading and using Vanta digital FiveM resources.
Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service govern access to the Vanta website and purchases of Vanta digital resources. By placing an order, downloading a product, creating an account where offered, or using a licensed resource, you agree to these terms and any product-specific terms shown before purchase.
Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be legally able to enter into the purchase in your jurisdiction. If an account is used, you are responsible for keeping login details, licence keys and connected authentication methods secure and for activity performed through your account.
Digital products and delivery
Vanta sells digital FiveM resources and related licences. Product pages should describe core features, supported frameworks, important dependencies and any material restrictions. Digital delivery may take place through a download, account portal, licence system or connected commerce platform.
Licence grant
Unless a product page states otherwise, a completed purchase grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the purchased resource on the number of servers or projects covered by the selected licence. Ownership of source code, design, branding and other intellectual property does not transfer.
Licence restrictions
You may not resell, leak, publish, share, sublicense or redistribute purchased files, source code, decryption material, licence credentials or protected assets except where a product licence expressly allows it. Removing licence checks, bypassing access controls, or presenting the resource as your own original product may result in suspension of access.
Modification and integrations
Where source access or configuration is provided, you may make reasonable changes for your licensed server. You are responsible for custom changes, third-party integrations and forks that fall outside the supported configuration described in the product documentation.
Compatibility and dependencies
FiveM, framework, game-build and dependency support can change over time. Buyers should review the current product page and documentation before purchase. Compatibility statements apply to the versions and environments expressly listed, not every third-party script or custom server configuration.
Orders, pricing and taxes
Prices are shown in the currency displayed by the store. Taxes, exchange rates or payment-provider fees may apply depending on location and checkout provider. We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors before fulfilling an affected order and will provide an appropriate remedy where required by law.
Payments and fraud prevention
Payments may be processed by a third-party provider. Orders can be delayed, rejected or reviewed where a payment is incomplete, reversed, disputed or flagged for suspected fraud or abuse. Chargebacks do not automatically cancel separate obligations under a software licence.
Refunds and cancellation rights
Refund and cancellation rights vary by jurisdiction and by whether digital delivery has begun. Where the law allows immediate digital delivery only after specific consent or acknowledgement, the live checkout should collect that consent before download or access begins. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Updates and changes to products
Products may receive fixes, compatibility updates, interface changes or new features. Unless a specific product or licence promises a defined update period, ongoing updates are not guaranteed indefinitely. We may retire or replace older versions where maintaining them is no longer reasonable.
Support
Support covers the scope described on the relevant product page or support channel. We may ask for logs, configuration details or reproduction steps. Support does not normally include building an entire custom integration, fixing unrelated third-party resources or maintaining unsupported modifications unless separately agreed.
Acceptable use
You must not use the website, licence system or support services to distribute malware, interfere with service operation, abuse staff or other customers, evade security controls, or perform unlawful activity. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, systems or intellectual property.
Intellectual property
Vanta branding, website design, documentation, product code, visual assets and other original materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-party platforms
FiveM, Cfx.re, Rockstar Games, framework projects, payment processors and other third-party services operate independently from Vanta. Their services may be subject to separate terms, outages, policy changes or technical limits that Vanta does not control.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend access to a licence, account or support service where we reasonably believe these terms have been materially breached, a payment is fraudulent or reversed, or continued access creates a security or legal risk. Where appropriate, we may first give the customer an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Availability
We aim to keep downloads, documentation and licence services available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, hosting incidents, upstream outages, security events or changes to third-party platforms can temporarily affect availability.
Disclaimers
Digital resources are provided with the promises expressly stated on the product page and any rights that apply by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not promise that every resource will work with every custom server, third-party script or future game update.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, Vanta is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from unsupported modifications, third-party outages, incompatible dependencies, misuse of resources or failure to maintain appropriate backups.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to products, services, law or security practices. The version applying to a purchase is normally the version presented when the order was placed, except where a later change is required by law or separately accepted.
Governing law and disputes
The governing law and dispute forum should match the legal entity operating the live store and the mandatory consumer protections that apply to the buyer. Before commercial launch, the operator should confirm the final jurisdiction wording for its business.
