Vanta / Sales / Before you buy

Know what fits
before checkout.

Check framework support, dependencies, licence scope and the kind of setup a resource expects before you spend anything.

01
Compatibility

Check your stack first

Every server is different. The safest purchase is one where the framework, artifact version, database layer and required dependencies are already known to fit your setup.

  • Read the product page for supported frameworks and minimum versions.
  • Confirm whether the resource is standalone or expects ESX, QBCore or another dependency.
  • Check database requirements and any inventory, target, menu or notification integrations.
  • Confirm your current FiveM artifact is supported.
  • If your server is heavily modified, ask about the exact integration before purchasing.
02
Licensing

Understand where you can use it

A licence defines how the resource can be used, moved and shared. Keep the licence with the purchasing account and do not assume one purchase covers unrelated communities or resale.

  • Check whether the product is licensed per server, account or organisation.
  • Do not redistribute source files, download links or protected assets.
  • Ask before transferring a licence to a new owner or separate community.
  • Custom changes do not remove the original licence terms.
  • Keep purchase records so account or download issues can be verified later.
03
Dependencies

Budget for the whole setup

A resource may be inexpensive but still rely on other systems already being present. Product pages should list required and optional dependencies so you can estimate the real setup work.

  • Required dependencies are needed for the core resource to run.
  • Optional integrations add support for third-party inventory, target, dispatch or notification systems.
  • Version mismatches are a common cause of install problems.
  • Check whether database migrations or SQL imports are required.
  • Plan a staging test before replacing a live production system.
04
Bundles

Choose individual resources or a larger stack

If several Vanta products solve related parts of your server, a bundle can make sense — but only if you will actually use the included resources. Compare the included licences and dependencies, not just the headline price.

  • List the systems you genuinely need before choosing a bundle.
  • Check whether duplicate functionality overlaps with resources you already run.
  • Compare individual and bundle licence scopes.
  • Confirm updates are included for the products in the bundle.
  • Avoid replacing stable systems purely to make every UI look identical.

Quick answers

Common questions.

Can you tell me if a resource works with my exact server?

Yes, if you provide the framework, relevant dependency names and versions, plus any major custom replacements that touch the same system. Compatibility can then be checked against the product requirements.

Do I need to buy again for a second server?

That depends on the licence attached to the product. Check the product licence or ask before using the same files on a separate production community.

Are updates included?

The product page and licence should state the update terms. Do not assume lifetime access unless it is explicitly included.

Can I request a feature before buying?

You can ask whether a feature already exists, is planned, or would require custom work. A requested feature should not be treated as promised unless it is confirmed in writing.

STILL UNSURE?

Ask before you buy.

Send your framework, relevant dependencies and the resource you are considering. A precise setup description gets a much more useful compatibility answer.
